Individual therapy and coaching sessions are $250 for a 50-minute appointment, and couples sessions are $275 for a 60-minute appointment. Couples sessions are slightly longer to allow space for both partners to be heard and for us to work with the dynamic in real time.
-
Payment is handled through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. A credit card will be kept on file and charged automatically following each session.
If you prefer, you may also pay via Zelle prior to your session. If using Zelle, payment must be received in advance to confirm your appointment.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance.
For therapy sessions, I’m happy to provide you with a superbill, which is a detailed receipt you can send to your insurance company to see if they’ll reimburse you for part of the cost. -
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer your spot to someone else. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

I am licensed to practice as a clinical psychologist in the state of California (PSY 27116), which means that I can only see clients who reside in California. In addition, regulations require us to both be physically located in the state of California during sessions.

Everyone’s situation is unique, and we will work together to determine the appropriate number of sessions and period of time we’ll meet. After our initial session, I will provide you with a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges under the No Surprises Act.

It depends on your goals and what works best for you. Many clients start weekly or bi-weekly, then space sessions out as they start feeling more grounded and confident. We’ll decide together what pace feels right.
-
All sessions take place virtually with clients located in the state of California. This means you can join from your home, office, or anywhere you have a private, quiet space and a good internet connection. My only request: somewhere you feel comfortable talking openly without interruptions.

For therapy, I specialize in couples work and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, life transitions, burnout, and perfectionism.
For coaching, I specialize in strengthening leadership skills, navigating complex workplace dynamics, building confidence, clarifying career goals, and aligning your career path with your personal values, passions, and unique strengths.
If you’re unsure whether your situation fits, reach out. If I’m not the right person, I’ll do my best to point you toward someone who is. -
The best way to find out is to talk. I offer a free 15-minute consultation where we can discuss your goals, I can share how I work, and we can see if it feels like a good match. The right fit matters. Therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and supported.
