Support for where you are—and where you’re ready to go.
Working together
I offer therapy and coaching for both individuals and couples. My work is insight-oriented, relational, and rooted in the belief that meaningful change comes from greater understanding—not from judgment or “quick fixes.”
-
Emotional healing, insight, and long-standing patterns
-
Strong couples get stuck too—the difference is choosing to work through it
-
Clarifying goals, building strategies, forward movement
Services
Individual Therapy
If you find yourself stuck in patterns you can’t quite name, overwhelmed by expectations, or feeling like you’ve lost sight of your values, individual therapy can help. Together we’ll create space for reflection, clarity, and meaningful forward momentum—with a personalized approach and a pace aligned with your goals.
Common themes:
Anxiety, burnout, perfectionism
Life transitions & identity shifts
Interpersonal challenges
Self-worth & inner critic work
Coaching
Coaching is a powerful option for individuals or couples who want support navigating specific challenges, goals, or transitions—but who don’t necessarily need therapy. While therapy often focuses on healing from the past, coaching is about moving forward with purpose. I work with coaching clients who are high-functioning and self-aware, but feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for something more aligned.
You might be a good fit for coaching if:
You’re navigating a big life or career transition and want support clarifying your next steps.
You and your partner want to strengthen your connection, but aren’t in crisis.
You’re looking to realign your choices with your values and vision.
You want structured support with accountability, reflection, and strategic planning.
Coaching is available to clients nationwide, and sessions are typically shorter-term, goal-oriented, and action-focused. Coaching does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.
Couples Therapy
I help couples move from reactive cycles and miscommunication to deeper connection, trust, and repair. Whether you're struggling to navigate conflict, rebuilding after betrayal, or simply feeling more like roommates than partners, we’ll work together to understand and transform the patterns at play.
Common areas of focus:
Communication & conflict
Emotional intimacy
Trust repair & betrayal
Transitions (e.g., parenting, empty nest, relocation)
